I wouldn't export it from photoshop at all.
Are you sure the tutorial called for you to export from photoshop? Can you provide a link to the tut?
I would:
Save for web as a png or a jpg, depending upon which looks better. Then choose "import" in Flash to import the object. I'm not 100% sure, but I think that you can directly import photoshop files into Flash as well. This could be useful if you have a many layered photoshop file which contains things like imported illustrator elements and such. I believe that the import keeps all the layers in place, as grouped object.

interesting. but it still does not answer one question: What happens if you continue working on H1B for primary employer per guidelines of I-129 petition (ie. 40 hours a week) and then use EAD to work part-time for someone else.
Does that 'kill' the H1 petition? MOst lawyers say it does, a couple of them say it does not, since you are fullfilling all your I-129 requirements with your primary employer
My personal opinion is as below
Why risk GC by working on EAD part-time ?? Since there is no consensus among lawyers themselves and assuming this is a gray area with USCIS, I would suggest lets not risk ...better late than sorry ...

I need help on my 140 filings. My situation is:
02/2004, applied EB3 LC, pending until 02/2007
10/2005, applied PERM EB2, LC & 140 approved, but unable to file 485 due to retrogession
in 02/2007, my EB3 was certified. I asked attorney to file EB3 140 to capture this earlier PD to my EB2 case.
But the attorney hired by my company refused to file another EB3 140. His reason is: it may be questioned by USCIS to file a EB3 140 after EB2 140 is approved -- my job position is downgraded. And back and forth I will still use EB2 to apply 485, then it may bring the company to a potential fraud issue, blah, blah...
I know that the company is reluctant to let me get gc quickly, so the attorney found this excuse. I did not find strong proof to refute this excuse.
Is there any legal proof (like USCIS memo, AILA Liasion meeting minute, etc) to refute this excuse and convince the employer to go ahead to file 140 for me?

For folks who are past the 180 day period:-
When negotiating a new job offer, what does one have verify with HR of the new company specifically with regard to AC 21 portability? :confused:
Most recruiters / HR folks know nothing about AC21 etc. (Most when they hear green card, say per company policy, they will start haver 1 yr!).
Should one ever bother about confusing the new employer about AC21? (Assume that Job titiles and descriptions are practically the same. Nothing drastically different. And taking the new job on H1b transfer. i.e. not on EAD).
(PS: I am not taking from the context of desi consulting firms where it might be easier to get any letter with exact same job description etc.).
I would just check if HR would be willing to provide a letter addressed to USCIS on their letterhead stating about new job title and job duties. Even if you send the letter right after joining or when you (might) get a RFE.

irrational - Sorry to say this is little bit unlucky case. This happened to me also. My case got transferred to VSC from TSC in July 2009 and from then it is sitting there with no progress. Taken info pass but no use. (Yet to think about the next steps!).
I applied for EAD and AP in Aug last week and got the approved copies in Sep second week. I sent the application to TSC.
mmanurker - Can you please tell me how long your application was present in VSC? Also did you do anything to move it back to TSC or NSC.

This is my first post, so bear with me.
I also got a Status Update message via email from USCIS. I think the lawyer will be getting the papers in mail next week.
Seems like USCIS has started sending RFE for a lot of us, who have been waiting for a long time. What might be the reason for this. I heard from some of my friends that they are pre-adjucating the cases so that when the visa dates are available, they can process faster, but I also wonder if they are doing it so that they can drop some cases who do NOT reply to their RFE (similar to what happenned with Backlog Elimination Center and 45 day letters).

We have asked for a multi year EAD and AP.
Until the rule comes out we have to continue to apply as per old rules and apply for a 1 year AP and EAD
The decision for OPT was made early probably due to the April1 H1B filings. We hope USCIS and Administration work on moving forward with multi year EAD and AP at the earliest and this issue is not buried under bureaucratic delays

See this news, a muslim filed a criminal compliant on the Beedi company but the court ruled out the case.
Ganesh trademark on beedi pouches is okay, rules HC (http://www.expressindia.com/news/ie/daily/19990913/ige13087.html)
Don't we have a popular Beedi( a type of cigarette ) in India with the image of Lord Ganesh on its cover . It is very very popular beedi brand in Karnataka . Is this allowed , I never saw any backlash against this in India itself . Strange that this kind of backlash happens more in the west than India.

How about a monthly membership of 5-10 dollars - that will be a recurring earning for IV, and as membership base grows, this can be the sustaining force.

Personally, it's a tough space......, glad I am not making that decision.
for personal bias reasons, only the 350D or D70/50 are worth looking at.
Olympus makes nice gear, but in a newer format and has expensive accessories
